* Note that Cetus and Kelbergen are not mentioned in the Advance Sailing Telegram above, and may not have been scheduled for this convoy afterall(?). Both are listed in the next convoy (but Kelbergen returned to port). |

Note: Commodore was in Dramatist, Vice Commodore in Mattole and Rear Commodore in Gloucester City. Loch Ewe Commodore was in Uskside, Clyde Commodore in Empire Ptarmigan. The ships left port in the following sequence (from Ted's Halifax diary): x For info, "Convoys to Russia" by Arnold Hauge lists these ships as sailing in Convoy PQ 15 which assembled at Oban and sailed for Reykjavik on Apr. 10-1942. Perhaps they had left SC 77 en route and proceeded to Reykjavik? PQ 15 departed from there on Apr. 26, arriving Murmansk on May 5.
