All available crew lists have been added to the site. Many Norwegian ships had foreign crew members, and if they are included in the lists they will show up in the search results. Occasionally, the names might be spelt wrong, so if a seaman cannot be found, I recommend trying different spellings. If all else fails, try entering the nationality (British, Chinese, Dutch, American, Canadian etc.). This will give you a LOT of unrelated results, but still...might be worth a try.
