Notes: The Rescue Vessel Perth was on her 25th voyage as such, having started this voyage from Clyde on May 11-1944 with the westbound Convoy ON 236, to Halifax May 25, then returned to Clyde with Convoy HX 294, June 4-June 18. Her 24th eastbound voyage had been with HX 286. ("Convoy Rescue Ships 1940-1945", Arnold Hague). Commodore's notes are not available - escorts not known.
