Notes: The Rescue Vessel Fastnet was on her 5th voyage as such, having started this voyage from Clyde on Apr. 27-1944 with the westbound Convoy ON 234, to Halifax May 9, then returned to Clyde with Convoy HX 292, May 21-June 2. ("Convoy Rescue Ships 1940-1945", Arnold Hague). Commodore's notes are not available - escorts not known.
