CONVOY SC 164
Departed Halifax on Jan. 1-1945 and arrived Liverpool on the 18th.
Arnold Hague's "The Allied Convoy System" gives 42 ships in this convoy.

(Note that between Convoy SC 163 and SC 164 the following eastbound convoys had sailed:
CU 51, HX 327, HX 328, CU 52, and HX 329).

Notes:
The Rescue Vessel Eddystone was on her 10th voyage as such, having started this voyage from Clyde on Dec. 9-1944 with the westbound Convoy ON 271, to Halifax Dec. 26 - then sailed with Convoy SC 164 to Belfast Lough, Jan. 1-Jan. 15, returning to Clyde independently from there. ("Convoy Rescue Ships 1940-1945", Arnold Hague).
