CONVOY HX 319
Departed New York City on Nov. 9-1944 and arrived Liverpool on the 25th.
Arnold Hague's "The Allied Convoy System" gives 46 ships in this convoy.

Transcribed from several documents received from Roger Griffiths - His source: Public Records Office, Kew.

The ships are listed in the order in which they appear on the various documents.
A 1 form is not available to me and, therefore, I don't know the station numbers of these ships.

Info re. Russian convoys has been added with the help of "Convoys to Russia", Arnold Hague and Bob Ruegg.

For info, some of the ships in this convoy had previously arrived the U.S. with Convoy ON 261.
Some later returned to the U.S. in the westbound Convoy
ON 270 on Dec. 3.

Notes:
Additionally, the Rescue Vessel Zamalek was with this convoy. This was her 27th voyage as such, having started this voyage from Clyde with the westbound Convoy ON 261 on Oct. 21-1944, to Halifax Nov. 3 - returning with HX 319 from Halifax on Nov. 11, to Clyde Nov. 25. ("Convoy Rescue Ships", Arnold Hague).

Commodore, R. G. Bruusgaard (Norwegian Navy) was in the Norwegian Villanger. Commodore's notes are not available.

More details on all the Norwegian ships in this convoy can be found with the help of the alphabet index below (Panamanian Norlys is also listed).
