Notes:
The Rescue Vessel Perth was on her 8th voyage as such, having started this voyage from Clyde on Sept. 18-1941; detached from Convoy ON 17 on Sept. 21, then returned to Clyde with Convoy SC 44 - Sept. 22-Sept. 29. ("Convoy Rescue Ships 1940-1945", Arnold Hague).
