Convoy SC 134 Cruising Order
Form received from Ted Agar. His source: A diary.

This form shows Halifax ships only.

Pacific Shipper and Waldo Hill have been given the same station number (111), hence my question marks.

Kingman is not included on Ted's form and, therefore, station number is not known.
