CONVOY ON 127
Arnold Hague's listing
Page 1 - ON 127 (original convoy form)
Transcribed from a list of ships received from Don Kindell - His source: Arnold Hague's database. As can be seen, Hague only has 9 columns and 4 rows in this convoy, as compared to 10 columns and 5 rows on the original form. Br=British, Du=Dutch, Norw=Norwegian, Bel=Belgian, Sw=Swedish, Am=American, Pa=Panamanian s=sunk, dam=damaged, =dead. For further details on ships sunk and/or damaged, please see Page 1 about ON 127. Information on the attacks on the Norwegian ships can be found on my pages about these ships. For info, several of the ships listed in this convoy had previously arrived U.K. in Convoy HX 202. (Some subsequently returned to the U.K. with HX 210, others in HX 211). Domby Additionally, he has the American Bohemian Club, but station number is not given. * He says F. J. Wolfe arrived St. John's, N.F. on Sept. 16 Vardefjell later joined ON 129, but returned, subsequently joining ON 131 (see ships in all ON convoys). A. Hague has also added the Greek Agia Varvara (sailing from Swansea on Sept. 2), with a note saying "possibly this convoy". Fresno Star, however, is not mentioned in his listing, nor is the Norwegian San Andres (he has listed the latter ship in Convoy ON 129). Also, some of his station numbers are different from the original form on Page 1.
