Notes: Commodore was in Empire Baffin, Vice Commodore in Empire Gazelle, Rear Commodore in Fort de Troyon. The Advance Sailing Telegram lists Fort de Troyon as Free French, while R. W. Jordan's "The World's Merchant Fleets 1939" says she was taken over by Ministry of War Transport in 1940, becoming French again in 1945.
