Commodore was in Wanstead, Vice Commodore in Trekieve. * Note that "Convoys to Russia, Bob Ruegg / Arnold Hague, lists the British El Mirlo in station 33 of this convoy, but this ship was in another part of the world at the time and could not have been in this convoy - see my text for Mirlo as well as this posting to my Ship Forum.
