Departed Liverpool on Aug. 15-1941, dispersed Aug. 25.

Also in this convoy were (station numbers not known):
British Empire Kittiwake - Returned with engine defects, joined Convoy ON 10 at the end of Aug., but returned again, and does not show up again until Convoy ON 19 towards the end of Sept.-1941, with destination New York. (This ship later became the Norwegian Norfalk in May-1942).

Notes:
The Rescue Vessel Zamalek was on her 10th voayge as such, having started this voyage from Clyde on Aug. 16-1941, detached from ON 7 on Aug. 21, joined Convoy HX 144 the next day, detached for Iceland on Aug. 27, then returned to Clyde with Convoy HX 146, Sept. 1-Sept. 6-1941, having picked 109 survivors at Iceland for passage to the U.K. ("Convoy Rescue Ships 1940-1941", Arnold Hague).

Aug. 21-Aug. 23: Churchill.
Aug. 21-Aug. 25: Arrowhead, Camellia, Eyebright.
