Notes:
Commodore was in Peterston, Vice Commodore in Trefusis, Rear Commodore in Philip T. Dodge.

* I thought this might be a mis-spelling of Pan New York, but please see this Guestbook message.

Empire Waterhen, Carslogie and Llangollen had previously cancelled from ON 122.

The cancelled Kiruna and Carrier are listed in Convoy ON 126.

The Commodore says:
* Adamas (listed as Adamus on convoy form, I'm guessing it should be Adamas) had boiler trouble and proceeded to Clyde Aug. 23. She's listed as sailing in the next convoy.
Stal was sent to St. John's Aug. 27 with boiler trouble.
Essex Lance (originally in station 91), "kept station as column leader very badly. She was often as much as 5-6 cables ahead of station and often astern. Though signals were made to her, she did not improve and my impression was that either the Master was seldom on the bridge or he did not care whether she was in station or not. It might truthfully be said that she was seldom in her correct station and then only for short intervals".

Escorts:
HMS Hurricane (S.O.), Watchman, Anchusa, Monkshood, Snowflake, Wallflower, Meadowsweet.
