Commodore was in Fort Yukon, Vice Commodore was in Empire Carpenter and Rear Commodore in Ocean Vanity. Norlys had Norwegian managers and therefore listed on this website. This ship was escort oiler for the convoy. 3 Lend/Lease PC craft and 2 Lend/Lease minesweepers (T 116, T 117 - Admirable class) were also with the convoy. Escorts: Some of these escorts returned with RA 54B. The Rescue Vessel Copeland was on her 26th voyage as such, having started this voyage from Clyde on Nov. 10-1943, to Loch Ewe Nov. 11, was with JW 54A from Loch Ewe to Murmansk Nov. 15-Nov. 24, returning with Convoy RA 54B from Murmansk on Nov. 26, to Loch Ewe Dec. 9-1943. No attacks on this convoy.
