Convoy HG 13 Cruising Order
Departed Gibraltar on Dec. 31-1939 and arrived Liverpool on Jan. 10-1940 (Arnold Hague says 28 ships).

Commodore was in Jessmore, Vice Commodore was in City of Cairo.

*The ships in station 13, 54 and 83 lost the convoy in a gale on Jan. 2-1940, while the ships in station 81 and 63 lost the convoy in fog on Jan. 5.

Waziristan parted company in 36 00N 12W.

HMS Scarborough was among the escorts (the others are illegible).
