Notes:
The Rescue Vessel Toward was on her 13th voyage as such, having started this voyage from Clyde on Sept. 5 - detached from ON 13 on Sept. 8, arrived Iceland on the 10th, then returned to Clyde with Convoy SC 42, Sept. 13-Sept. 19. ("Convoy Rescue Ships 1940-1945", Arnold Hague).
