Departed Curacao on Oct 30-1943 (according to Advance Sailing Telegram) and arrived Liverpool on Nov. 12.
Arnold Hague's "The Allied Convoy System" agrees with 19 ships in this convoy, but gives departure date as Oct. 26.
See also Ships in all CU convoys (includes tonnage of each ship, and year built), and Escorts for all CU convoys.
Transcribed from documents received from Tony Cooper.
All these ships were American tankers - except Port Philip. For more info on the CU convoys, please see my page about CU 1. |
