This may not be a big deal to some of you, but to me it's quite amazing. When I started on this project in February I never dreamed there would be such an interest in Norwegian ships - I couldn't ask for better motivation!

Dear Siri
Congratulations!
At a recent function in London I spoke to a maritime gathering about "Internet friends" and I was pleased to single out your website as an outstanding example of the hard work that goes in to making a vast amount of information available to a wide and appreciative audience that would not otherwise see it.
I was not surprised to learn on that occasion that your website is already widely known and highly regarded.
To receive 3,000 visitors in a relatively short space of time is well-deserved recognition of what has become a very important source of information on the Norwegian merchant fleet in an important time in its history.
Keep up the good work.
Very best regards,
Roger W Jordan (England)

Hi Siri,
Congrats with the visitors, I know what it's like to cross those limits :) Before you know it, you cross the 10.000 line, hehe.

Well, in that case, maybe about 100 of those visits are from you (and another 100 or more from me :-) )
I thank you for your interest. As you may have noticed, I DO add/change/correct entries all the time, so it's not a bad idea to check in often.
