So sorry - I've been in touch with another Marty, who's a she, so I wasn't even thinking!

In my case it's usually the other way around, people start off by saying 'dear Mr. Lawson' -in fact, I think even you did, didn't you? :-)
That might have something to do with my new choice of 'hobby', slightly unusual for a 'she' I suppose.
