Oh.. another question:

ALEXANDER MACOMB
is listed by all sources I have as in convoy BA-2

But:
The vessel was en route from New York to Archangel via Woods Hole, Massachusetts and Halifax.

The only convoy route with BA I know is Bombay to Aden
and probably a Soviet convoy route.

After some researches I came to the conclusion that the ship had been in convoy BX-27.
Can you confirm this?
