Italian submarine Zoea

Hi all,
Italian minelaying submarine Zoea sank in either August or September 1941 (only stated to have happened “in late summer”) due to human error in Taranto Arsenal. She was quickly refloated and recommissioned.
Does anyone know the exact date of the mishap?
