Except for 17 casualties reported in the fight with the presumed FLUTTO, have no information as to which MTBs were hit and how the casualties were distributed. You might be interested by the book "FLAG 4" by Dudley Pope which has quite a bit of details on this period.
Submarines which were lost with all hands will always have an element of doubt unless the wreck was found or bodies recovered. In the case of FLUTTO, there were no claims of sinking by the MTBs, so it is quite possible that the submarine survived the action only to be sunk later through another cause.
