Another local Seamen from my hometown is commemorated on the Tower Hill Memorial in London as being lost from the ship SS "Clune Park" on the 12th February 1941. I can find no information on this ship being lost. Any help again please.

I have been searching for information on the SS Clune Park
as my wife's uncle , Leslie Taylor from Fraserburgh was
lost. I saw your address on Warsailors.com and hoped you
might have discovered more. Like you, we know which ship he
was on by contacting the Commonwealth War Graves Commission
and visiting the memorial at Tower Hill. We believe the ship
was torpedoed but where we have no idea. Any information you
may have would be much appreciated.
