Can anyone let me know who published the Merchants Fleets, vol. 34 by Duncan Hawes?

Merchant Fleets No 34 "Lamport & Holt and Booth" was published by Duncan Haws' own company, TCL Publications, of Uckfield, East Sussex, UK. Duncan has since retired and as far as I know, TCL Publications has been wound up. Norman Middlemiss, who runs Shield Publications Ltd, PO Box 5, Low Fell, Gateshead, Tyne and Wear NE9 7YS, England, took over compilation and publication of the Merchant Fleets series and also acquired much surplus stock from Duncan Haws.
