On Sep 4th, 1939 both MTB building by Thornycroft were requisitioned by Admiralty. However I have another document from Oct 14th confirming that the requisition was cancelled.
Both boats were supposed to be completed by the end of 1939.

Information about the boat as per Admiralty:
25 tons
65'0" x 13'1 1/2" x 2'8"
1500 HP - 3 x RY-12 (500 HP each)
39 kts
1 QF gun, 2 MG guns
2 x 11' TT

I do not have any doc after Nov 1939 so not sure what was their fate.
