Octavian has been Found in the USA not Canada

Octavian has been found.
On July 4, 2018 our dive team found the Octavian South of cape may off the coast of Virginia.
It's 100% confirmed with the Museum in Norway.
Also, thge location is ONLY 700 yards from the northernmost edge of Reinhard Hardegan's location from his Deck Log on 1-17-42
