Hi again Axel,
Two separate convoys. Convoy 3123 lost 4 ships,2 sunk by USS PARGO and two by USS SNOOK. Details can be found at combinedfleet.com/Shoko_t.htm including the escorts and the survivor.
Also USS RATON did NOT sink a ship named KAMOI MARU. USS WAHOO sank KAMOI MARU on 10 Dec. '42. This is an error on the USS RATON page at uboat.net.
This should make things much clearer I hope. :)
