YP-74, ex- ENDEAVOR sunk by collision with the merchant vessel DERBLAY off Unimak Island, Aleutians at position 51/23 N; 164/10 W. 6 September 1942.

YP-346, sunk by Japanese light cruiser SENDAI and three destroyers off of Tulagi, Solomon Islands. YP 346 under the command of Captain Joaquin S. Theodore was anchored in Tulagi harbor when the Japanese shelled shore positions. The YP-346, a converted California tuna boat was hit, set on fire and run aground. 9 September 1942.

YP-345, lost cause unknown about 80 miles northeast of Laysan Island while en route from French Frigate Shoals to Midway Island, North Pacific Ocean. 31 October 1942.

YP-205, lost after grounding at Saba Island, Caribbean Sea, at position 18/30 N; 65/00 W. 1 November 1942.
