HMS Triumph

Hi all!
I'm new here and being the member of a number of other military-related forums feel a little guilty about diving in straightaway with a question to help me with my research. Hopefully you'll forgive me and perhaps someone might be able to help.
I'm presently researching HMS Triumph, the WW2 submarine, and particularly her last war patrol when a man on the war memorial I am researching was lost on her. I've been to the National Archives and obtained copies her war patrol reports up until her last two (ninth and tenth war patrols).
Does anyone know where the details of these last two patrols may be found?
I am also trying to ascertain what operations the men dropped off by Triumph during these last two operations were engaged on. Previously she had been involved in operations involving No2 Commando on Sicily and SOE in the Balkans and had dropped-off some mysterious Greek-speaking characters near Athens on her eighth war patrol. Anyone any knowledge, or ideas where to look for information about this?
Any ideas or assistance would be much appreciated.
Many thanks,
Bob.
