Hello All.

Does anybody know anything about a Kollision that happend in the Great Belt(Store Baelt in Denmark) on the evening of the 8 April 1940 at 22,32 O'clock.
What i know is that the Danish Torpedoboat "Glenten" Observed a Kollision, It was dark so the crew of the Torepdoboat didnt see anything but heard the Kollision. Afterwards they saw, a ship sailing northwest. In the dark they found a German ship, with ½ Soldiers, ½ Merchant mariners aboard. The ship was like a Trawler or a Tug, and the Bow was already under water at the Arrival of the "Glenten". The Name of the German ship is sometime given as a Tug Called "Taifun". The Kollision happend atApp. Position 54:48,0 North / 10:50,0 East.
