I am not so sure the use of CET is correct.
Siri should remember this came up on this web site some time last year. During WWII the UK had a modified BST which was British Summer Wartime - Time!
There is a web site 'somewhere" that acknowledges this point.
From memory the Germans also had a "modified" time to suit U-Boat operations.
