Hello Platon,
Thank you for the clarification. I checked my copy of Lloyd's War Losses and about the Sisman (in the book it's called Sishman) the following information can be found.
Sunk by submarine on 3.7.43 off Charpay Is. near Budrum while on a voyage from Istanbul for Antalya with a cargo of cement. One crewmember lost.
Was that in Trident's patrol area?
