French tug VIGILANT

The French tug VIGILANT was seized by the Italiens as FR 93. Can anyone help identify this tug?

Le petit remorqueur Vigilante et non pas Vigilant a été mis en service avant 1914 non pas à la Direction de Port mais au service de la Défense Fixe ( de ce fait, je n'ai pas retrouvé la date).
J'ai les caractéristiques suivantes :
12,00 x 4,00 x 1,50 m – 45 CV
The small tugboat Vigilante and not Vigilant was put into service before 1914 not at the Port Directorate but in the service of Fixed Defense (therefore, I have not found the date).
I have the following characteristics:
12.00 x 4.00 x 1.50 m – 45 HP
