Hi all,
Italian submarine Lafolé was sunk 20/10/40 by British DDs Griffin, Gallant, Hotspur off Alboran Island. 3 other British DDs were present in the hunt: Forester, Fury and another one. Do you know wich one?

I was looking for convoy AT.36 from Alexandria (30/3/41) to Tobruk (2/4/41). Not TA.36.
M is for Mediterranean.
If you look at convoy escort movements of HMS Eridge and HMS Beaufort in naval-history.net you'll find that they were involved in this convoy.

Yes, the underwater teams entered in Alexandria at the same time when the destroyers arrived and possibly came alongside the tanker to fuel.

Tug Rio Turia was sunk after being hit by a bomb on 1 March 1939 at Cartagena during a bombing raid taken by 5 Italian S.79 bombers.
