V 304 / BRESLAU

Hello all,
the german Vorpostenboot V 304 was in a convoy from Le Havre to Ijmuiden on 17.09.1940. She stranded in a storm and was an escort for the EUROSTADT. Does anybody knows the name of this convoy ?
