ROSITA

The Panamanian-flagged ROSITA (or ROSITTA) arrived in Tulcea, Romania in October 1, 1940. She was going to sail in the next spring for the Committee of Jewish Overseas Transportation to Palestine. However, due to the change of German standing against this operation, she never did. She probably remained at Tulcea during 1941.
