HMS Sealion vs German convoy 6.8.1940

Hello,
On the 6th of August 1940 HMS Sealion fired several torpedoes against a southbound convoy, allegedly consisting of four merchants and one escort vessel. The convoy which consisted of the merchants Cläre Hugo Stinnes, Marie Leonhardt plus the tug Steinbock was escorted by UJ 123 and M 1808, later joined by M 1807. The convoy was bound for Kristiansand.
My question concerns the damage sustained by Sealion due to being rammed by one of the vessels of the convoy. Most sources credit UJ 123 with the ramming but German sources credit the tug Steinbock. What gives?
Best regards,
Jan-Olof
