Has the wreck of British submarine Sterlet been discovered?

Not that I'm aware of. However, there are ongoing efforts to search the North Sea for submarine wrecks, so that's subject to change at any time. Just today the Sea War Museum Jutland announced the discovery of the wreck of the WWI British submarine G 8 in 100 meters of water north of Hirtshals.
