HMS Grasshopper 1942

Hi all,

Japanese bombers sank British river gunboats Dragonfly and Grasshopper off Bangka Island 14/2/42. What kind of airplanes were involved in the attack?
Also, how many people survived Grasshopper's sinking?

Hi all, I'm trying to find which 10 British destroyers were involved in Operation Hurry 31/7/40 in the Mediterranean. HMS Olympus

Hi all,

How many people died on board submarine Olympus on 8 May 1942 off Malta?

Her crew was 60 men of whom just 3 survived. The others 36 were from submarines P-36, P-39, Pandora and light cruiser Penelope.

Hi all, On 14/6/40 light cruiser Liverpool sighted an italian submarine near her while the Mediterranean Fleet was returning to Alexandria after a swept in the Central Mediterranean. I think the disposition of the ships at time of U-557's attack against Galatea was the following:

Naiad (Adm. Vian flagship) ahead, Euryalus in the middle and Galatea in the rear.
