Fischkutter-Fischlogger

Hello,
I have a problem with the language of Goethe. I find in some German articles the words Fischkutter and Fischlogger. I would like to know their exact meanings and especially their differences in their activities.
Thank you very much for your help.

Hello, Here is what I wrote in a series of articles on the arctic convoys. “Bad weather once again caused the return of some damaged ships, the freighters Empire Baffin, Explorer, Komiles and the liberty-ships James Bowie, John Laurence and Joseph E. Johnston.” I hope this will help you. Happy New Y...

SOVETSKAYA NEFT

Hello all,
In his book "The World's Merchant Fleets", Roger Jordan reports the loss of the tanker Sovetsakaya Neft 31-03-43 torpedoed by the U.24.
I can not find confirmation anywhere. Is it correct ?
Best regards

Re: P.L.M. 23

Hello Kurt and Phil,
Just a little precision. The P.L.M. 23, captured by the Germans, is assigned the registration number A1N for Operation Seelöwe.
Best regards
