takk for sist! Did you see the Atlantic programmes last spring?
Re the Deneb,I don't know what it means, quite frankly. I just recognised the name and checked it against my list of ships that came in to Smiths Dock for repairs. Deneb was indeed there. But there again, the records used by the other guys must surely also be reliable. Does the tonnage match, for example? Could they have used the name again? As no drydock no. was allocated, whatever they did to her, she was repaired afloat.
This yard was the home of the Flower class Corvette by the way.
