My grandfather was on the 'Utvaer' in WW 2, she was used as a minesweeper I believe off the coast of Northern Ireland but I'm not sure of that , I'm making further enquiries.

My grandfather had previously been at Namsos in 1940 with the 16th Anti- Submarine Strike Force helping evacuate allied troops including 850 French troops before the advancing germans.

Do you know if there are any photos of the 'Utvaer'.
