Hello
Here is my history regards Bennevis from my source.
Bennevis 5356 brt.
Hongkong December 6. 1940 for Singapore.
Due Singapore December 15.
Vessel was taken December 8 by Japanese to a by at the south of Hainan Island, and eventuall taken to Sacebo. Condemmed on July 30. 1942. Renamed SHONAN MARU and sunk off Hongkong on May 12, 1942 by submarine. Master and 29 of the crew was taken as P.O.W.
