It is very probably that PSNCO small vessels were registered locally and temporary by consuls.

I have here "Memoriade Marina" of Chile of 1887
There are a list of harbour vessels in Valpariso,
which included also British vessels (tugs)
Kelly 12t
Baja 20.57t
Abeja 12t

There are of course some good known Chilean tugs
Adela 24.88
Sofia 27.44
Miraflores 61.67t
and others

Wingate built some tenders for PSNCo,
the abov two could be
#162 80ft6inx14ft6in 7ft9in
#165 80ft9inx16ft 8ft6in - according to Clyde list it should be BAJA
