Hi Urs,

No, as Sperrbrecher 5 is clearly shown as attacked although the explosion did not cause damage. It was assumed that the limpet had failed to attach (probably due to barnacles) and dropped to the bottom.
The source is Kommandant der Seeverteidigung Gascogne.
