gun-carrying Nina

during Weserübung, German units seized the freighter "Nina" which was carrying 4 ex-French 12"-guns to Finland to be used as coastal artillery.
These 4 guns were the 3rd batch of 12 guns which belonged, originally, to the WW I ex-Russian battleship "Imperator Alexander III" which had, after the war and escape from the Black Sea in 1919, been laid up and, eventually, in the 1930s, broken up at Bizerte in North Africa.
Those guns ended up, eventually, in the German coastal battery "Mirus" on Guernsey.

Now, my question : is that "Nina" the same that is listed in the "Home Fleet" section ?

2nd question : which German units seized "Nina", where and when ?

greetings, Urs
