Submarine "Settembrini", July, 15th and 16th, 1941

Hello
Italian submarine “Luigi Settembrini” has two night clashes in Lybian waters (off Tobruk, maybe) on July, 15th and 15th, 1941; in the first one, she had a shot exchange with some motor-boats and in the second one, she met a small tanker (700 grt estimated). Notwithstanding an artillery action, three torpedos and a ramming (!!!), tha tanker escaped.
Can anyone give infos about these actions ?
