Torpedoboote Ausland in the battle of Leros

It is reported that among the ships that participated in the battle of Leros (November 1943) on the German side, there were some Torpedoboote Ausland, formerly Italian destroyers and torpedo boats that the Germans had captured in Greece after the Italian Armistice.
As far as I know, said ships should be:

TA 14 ex destroyer TURBINE (captured at Piraeus)
TA 15 ex destroyer FRANCESCO CRISPI (captured at Piraeus)
TA 16 ex torpedo boat CASTELFIDARDO (captured at Crete)
TA 17 ex torpedo boat SAN MARTINO (captured at Piraeus)
TA 18 ex torpedo boat SOLFERINO (captured at Crete; but this one only became operational in 1944, if I am not mistaken)
TA 19 ex torpedo boat CALATAFIMI (captured at Piraeus)

Does anyone know:

1) Which ones of these ships participated in the battle of Leros?
2) Did they suffer any damage? (There are some claims by Italian coastal batteries of having scored hits on one or more of them)
3) How were they crewed? I have read that on some of the captured ships, some members of the Italian crews (especially among the engine room personnel), due to a lack of German personnel and more familiarity with machinery, were persuaded or compelled to remain aboard as part of the new (mostly German) crews. Is this correct?
