The Virgo Fidelis mystery

Hello,
I believe that this telegram, found in the Admiralty War Diaries for July 18th, 1941 might shed some light on her loss.
VIRGO FIDELIS. French.
Bilbao reports sank off Monte Igueldo San Sebastian 0030 G.M.T./11. She was overloaded with iron ore and struck a rock.
