Madame de Gaulle evacuation from France 1940

Hello, I am hoping someone may be able to help me.

Madame de Gaulle & children escaped France and arrived at Falmouth on 19 June 1940. The ship they escaped in was one of the last of two which left Brest as part of Operation Aerial, the evacuation of northwest France. One ship was said to be Polish and one British. Madame de Gaulle & family embarked on the British ship. The Polish ship was sunk. Her son, Philippe de Gaulle, says in his book that he remembers the crew of the ship they escaped in talking in Dutch or Norwegian.

I am hoping someone can tell me the name of the ship they escaped in and also the name of Polish ship which sank. Thank you.
